Sometimes you might not have the words to describe it, but you just know you’re not feeling quiet right, and recognise that something needs to change. Many symptoms we experience on a daily basis, such as tiredness, lack of energy, feeling edgy, poor appetite (or overeating), restlessness or self-critical thinking (just to name a few) may be signs of a common mental health issues. We may notice feelings of anxiety or low mood, ruminating about the past or worrying about the future, struggling to live in the moment. You might not know how to make the change you want to see in your life and start achieving you goals, but with CBT you can learn how to move forward with you life and live for now.
